Nepotists in Education

Although I cannot reach many audiences here but still, I will be talking about a very serious issue today. Nepotism is a common issue at the moment. There were still some industries and places where people were judged and appreciated based on their merit. Education was one of these sectors. When I talk about the schools and colleges who conduct exams for admission, but only for those who do not relate to high-class society. Children of government officials, businessmen, or born privileged get admissions instantly. Moreover, their names are at the of the merit list and the deserving ones at the last. In many schools, the introvert students never get a chance to speak at school programs or assemblies, but those students who are extrovert and over interactive with teachers get selected automatically as if they have a reservation, without even conducting any audition. The students who flatter teachers are often given good grades compared to those who are not engaged with teachers. Being, interactive is good but it doesn’t mean to promote those who are interactive and leave those who are not familiar. My only objective is that people should be cherished based on their capabilities and accomplishments rather than honoring people who are already privileged. #abolishnepotism
